Western Art Association now accepts applications for its Grandma Moses Art Scholarships 2012 from candidates who intend to enroll in college, university or accredited technical school with major in art. This scholarship for high school seniors 2012 is only open to female candidates who have developed the artistic skills in lieu with the art of Grandma Moses.
Grandma Moses was a famous American artist. She’s one of the few artists whose career in arts started at an advanced age. And to give credit to the legacy she has left in the field of art, Western Art Association presents the Grandma Moses Art Scholarships for women. Deadline of the art scholarships for women 2012 application for the academic year 2012-2013 will be on March 2012.
Grandma Moses art scholarships prefer to give the awards to:
- Female
- Graduating high school senior this March
- Citizen of America
- Preferably from the western United States
- With arts comparable to Grandma Moses
The art scholarship is renewable up to three (3) years. US $3000 will be given as stipend every year to deserving art scholarship awards. Applications can be done online by downloading the Grandma Moses Art Scholarships 2012 application form.
